Carnita Tacos!

Pork shoulder slow cooked in Coca-Cola and Oranges.

Toppings to choose from:
Diced tomatoes, diced red onion, pico, regular salsa, black bean salsa, mango salsa, avocado, guacamole, shredded iceberg lettuce, cilantro, grilled lime, & cilantro-sour cream.

Also comes with tortillas ( corn or flour).

Everything will be delivered in separate containers. Great for a family dinner or dinner party. Feeds up to 5 or 6. Larger orders will have an upcharge for 10 people or more.

You can also add-on sides for an additional $10. ( rice w/ black beans, or cilantro rice )

Sweet Trinidadian sauce: green onion, red shallot, garlic, brown sugar, orange marmalade, roma tomatoes, ginger, coconut water. yellow onion, grilled pineapple, lime juice, and chicken broth

Coconut Rice: white jasmine rice & coconut cream.

5 to 10 $80

Can also do single rice bowl dish. ( 2 or more rice bowls only )

Fresh green tomatoes breaded with flour, cornmeal, & egg wash. Shallow fried in avocado oil topped with goat cheese or feta ( your choice ). With a side of chipotle ranch or roasted red bell pepper sauce.

Flame Grilled Lamb Chop Dinner!

Lamb t-bone chops marinated in olive oil, garlic, red wine, lemon juice, and rosemary w/ my homemade fresh mint jelly.
With 2 sides of your choice.
Roasted potatoes, loaded garlic mashed potatoes, grilled corn, grilled mushrooms, grilled zucchini, or grilled asparagus.

Everything is flame grilled with an Oak and charcoal mix

Hey there y'all! Hope everyone is doing well!

We are back in business after a few months of chaos. We are now located in Casselberry, FL and we deliver, so feel free to pick anything you like we have had posted at anytime Monday - Saturday. For dinner time only. Also, we are open for any other catering needs as well.

Our featured special for this coming week is our Sweet Sun Tea Chicken. Grilled, Broiled, or Baked with 2 sides we have posted in photos. ( Feeds 4 to 6 )

Hey y'all, it's us again. Fortunately I found a job at a place Monday thru Friday. Adjusting to this new schedule the past few weeks. We still need more work so we will be open for orders for Saturday and Sundays only. You can order what we have already posted or you can book your catering needs.

Hey y'all!
Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm only open for lunch or dinner orders on Saturdays and Sundays. I'm working on having a rice bowl/taco menu soon. I can deliver to your favorite beach spot or hangout as well. I'll also have large meals like grilled bbq, steak, seafood, and vegetables still.
I will post the weekend menu with pictures this week. Things still might get added weekly so please check us out if you like what you see.

We are open for meal orders for this weekend! Pick anything posted on our page and we will make it happen. All orders must be put in 6 to 24 hours ahead of time. This is to ensure freshness. Everything is fresh and made to order. We can only do 1 large order a day, and will deliver to up to an hour away.

Rice and pasta bowl orders must be 2 or more for delivery.

Don't forget! we do large catering orders. If you have a party or family get-together this is a better option for you to stay safe due to covid cases in public commercial establishments. We follow food health codes and certified by the state of Florida for food handling and management. Mask and gloves are used while preparing meals.
