We’re bringing a real big menu to Stodgy Brewing Co tonight from 4-8pm. Packed full of tons of Fall flavors, be sure to try items like the Chorizo Harvest Quesadilla, the Focaccia Parm Sandwich with Beef Cutlet or Crispy Eggplant, and Chef’s Elk Meatloaf Sandwich. We also have a new item making its debut today, the Dynamite Shrimp Po’boy featuring Crispy Shrimp, Dynamite Sauce, Fresh Cucumber, Seaweed Slaw, and our Kimchi Aioli. Also have a bunch of the classics, see you there🍻

Catch us at Stodgy Brewing Co tonight from 12-8pm serving up lots of great fall flavors. Make sure to try the Toasted Harvest Raviolis featuring Corn Crusted Spinach Raviolis tossed in a Sage Butter on top of a Butternut Squash & Brussel Sprout Hash with the cherry on top of Beet Ricotta Whip and Maple Spiced Pepitas. Also make sure the try our new twist on Chef’s Elk Meatloaf Sandwich, packed with flavors like our Giardiniera Spread, Arugula, Provolone, and Cripsy Onions, all on Chef’s Trailer-Made Focaccia🍻

We’re so excited to be back at Visit Estes Park Elk Fest today from 10am-5pm. As always, we’re bringing the elk🫎🥳 This year, we’re rocking Chef’s Double Elk Burger, the Jalapeno Cheddar Elk Brat, and the Elk Chili Bowl along with a couple other fan favorites like the Indian Butter Chicken and Korean BBQ Pork Sandwich as well as the classics🫎🥳
