After some much needed time off, Independence Street is back open this week!

I will no longer be doing Fried Chicken Sundays, there simply hasn't been much continued support for it. Besides the rare busy day, it's almost always only 1-3 orders per week over the past 2 months, so that will be going away.

However, I will now be open for the weekly changing dine in menu Thursday-Sunday instead of Thursday-Saturday.

Here is the menu for this week, Thursday-Sunday, June 4th - 7th, 5-9pm.

Independence Street will be closed for this week.

I've made the decision to close for this week 28th-31st. I've been pushing myself more and more and my body and sleep habits are so out of whack that I've been running on fumes for over a month, I've clearly hit a wall. As much as I don't want to, I desperately need a minute to reset. For the rest of the week I'll be focusing on recovering/reorganizing to try to get everything back on track. I will update you guys next week. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
