We got a nice little facelift this week. Huge shout out and Thank you to Tyler Shuff and the Laird Group for replacing the windows up front. On the food front we have some new items on the menu as we move forward with Spring/Summer. I Just finished up a Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Gelato for dessert this week. When it’s gone, I’ll knock out some Cheesecakes. Open Wednesday through Saturday 5-9pm. You can make reservations online via our website www.tiffinturntable.com.

I get asked a lot if I cook at home. Usually it’s a quick Reese’s Cup or a PBJ. Sundays are culinary days, nothing beats a good pasta and a glass of wine. DM for recipe. Very easy, Bucatini pasta with a rustic tomato, garlic, prosciutto and vodka cream sauce.

It’s just a burger, but it’s not just a burger. It’s a blend of Wagyu Beef, Elk, Bison and Boar. After cooking, I let it rest and bast it in Duck Fat. I toast the pimento cheese with a touch of honey at 1500 degrees, top it with Turntable Pickles, Sriracha and Bourbon BBQ, a toasted bun with Turntable sauce and finished with a combo of Radish and Sunflower micros. Served Med Rare. Lots of flavor, lots of love.
