Today, Red, White & Bluebonnet CoffeeHouse proudly honors the women who have served our nation with courage, dedication, and strength.

On June 12, 1948, the Women’s Armed Services Integration Act was signed into law, allowing women to serve as permanent members of the United States Armed Forces. Today, we celebrate the generations of women who answered the call to serve and continue to make a difference in their communities long after their military service ends.

As a female veteran-owned business, this day holds a special place in our hearts. We recognize the sacrifices, leadership, and resilience of women veterans everywhere.

To all who served — thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your continued commitment to making our communities stronger.

While we’re sharing coffee hacks today, here’s a little community update from around town!

🦟 Mosquito Control Update – City of Three Rivers

The City of Three Rivers has announced that mosquito control spraying is expected to begin as early as next Monday. The City has been awaiting delivery of mosquito treatment supplies and is working to reduce mosquito populations throughout the community.

With summer temperatures arriving, this is welcome news for residents looking to enjoy evenings outdoors, backyard gatherings, ballgames, gardening, and community events.

A few simple mosquito-fighting tips:
✔ Empty standing water from buckets, flowerpots, and birdbaths
✔ Keep gutters clean
✔ Use insect repellent when outdoors
✔ Wear light-colored clothing during peak mosquito hours

Thank you to the City crews working behind the scenes to help keep our community comfortable and safe.
