Breaking News!!!
Sooo excited!
Moving to Belgrade, MT!
This is a bitter sweet move. Three Forks and it's residents have been so supportive. I've gotten to know my community and love my new friendships. I've had a wonderful landlord in Rob Norman and thank him for making the last 2 years possible. A special thanks to M&W Machine... they were always available to help and made me feel safe even with stupid stuff I did. This is strictly a business decision to grow. Thank you again Three Forks!

Today is our last day. It's been a wonderful season! Thank you all my customers, new and returnees! So much fun was had, but it's time to call it. I look forward to seeing you all again in the Spring!

We use our own smokey beef tallow, lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection! Smothered in your choices of:
Roasted garlic,
Smoked peppers and onions, provolone cheese and horseradish aioli or ground mustard and served on a toasted roll... Did I miss anything?
