We also have delicious sides to accompany the finger lickin good meat. Although our business is new, smoking meat is not new. Charlie has been perfecting his smoking and recipes the last 8 years.

We will not be at Thorp Dairy Days tomorrow...

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who joined us today. Our event was highly successful, with a steady stream of customers throughout the day, resulting in us selling out of our product. We remain committed to our core values of low and slow cooking, which involves a prolonged smoking process (aka long smoked 😊) making it impossible to have meat available for tomorrow. We will not sacrifice quality for the sake of making sales. Thank you again to everyone who came out today!
