The SmokeStack sandwich was a hit today! Smoked meatloaf, pulled pork, and brisket with a slice of cheese between each layer. Pickles and onions on top. Next Saturday and Sunday we will see the debut of the Brisket French Dip. Expect a special sandwich every weekend this summer!
