Happy 10th Birthday B!

I’m going to be honest- I’ve been making this kiddos birthday cake almost for as long as I’ve been in business and EVERY year he orders Saba’s Triple Chocolate. Well this year he ordered Marble. When I was baking I just turned on to auto pilot and was like “oh this is for B, gotta make chocolate” LUCKILY. As I was getting ready to pull the cakes off the cooling rack and start stacking them my brain finally turned on and I remembered that he didn’t want chocolate this year! I had to make another batch (luckily I got started early) but I’m so glad I caught myself before I frosted the whole cake!!
