You make it, you keep it after standard industry tip out!! Few gems like us exist anymore. Weâre old school with a fresh twist and are looking for top proâs to represent this proven stellar menu.
About Us:
We are a new family owned gastropub opening in the Twin Lakes area (84th & Huron) looking for the best and brightest in the Denver Metro Area. We specialize in serving locally sourced product starting from our scratch kitchen, extending to our 12 taps and craft cocktails featuring all local beers and spirits. We are open for lunch and dinner on the weekdays with brunch offered on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
We started out 15 years ago with 1 food truck and our proven menu has allowed us to grow and launch into a full production concept. We bring a breath of fresh air to an area saturated in tacos and fast food. No one has brought our concept to this area and so the growth potential is -unlimited- with little to no competition.
In short, weâre going to be busy as we offer what no one else is or has around us!!
Requirements to Apply:
-2 years min *VERIFIABLE* floor experience is required. We want the best and that takes time to develop. We check references.
-Must be a sales person, not an order taker. If youâre looking to just wait tables we arenât your spot. We want those that are passionate about food & drinks and it shows in all they do.
-Ability to couple your knowledge & personality with our menu to create an unforgettable experience for our guests.
-Thrives in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment that keeps community and family at the forefront of what you do as it is our driving heartbeat.
-Embraces fluidity and flexibility as we grow. We are newly opening and as such we may have to adjust our menus and/or tweak approaches to service as we define our identity in our neighborhood. An ability to grow with us is desired and paramount to your and our success.
-Craft beer knowledge is a MUST
-FULL spirit knowledge is likewise very important, as most carried are locally sourced from the great state of CO.
-Per our liquor license, you must have an up-to-date âtips certificationâ upon start date. It is a non-negotiable, unfortunately. If hired, we can send you in the right direction.
