Something happened outside Rosie’s today that reminded me just how incredible my team truly is.

There was a serious car accident right in front of the café. Without hesitation, my staff jumped into action — calling 911, assisting the people and children involved, and offering anything they could: ice packs, bandages, gauze, support, calm, water to first responders.

They did exactly what I would’ve hoped and more; showing courage, compassion, and quick thinking in a moment that could’ve easily overwhelmed anyone.

To say I’m proud feels like an understatement. I have such deep respect and gratitude for the people who show up every day and give their hearts — not just to our café, but to our community.

A big thank you, to all my crew at Rosie’s. You are the soul of this place. 💛🌹
