Remember we grow many of the things we use to make our products right here in Thompson connecticut. We always use organic spices and organic sugar. Taste what fresh and local is all about!

Pepper jellies: 4 or 8 oz
banana pepper jelly, jalapeno hot pepper jelly, extra jalapeño hot pepper jelly, serrano hot pepper jelly, lemon drop hot pepper jelly, Extra lemon drop hot pepper jelly, Habanero hot pepper jelly, ghost hot pepper jelly, Carolina reaper hot pepper jelly. Pepper jellies are available in 4 or 8 oz sizes.

New varieties, hot pepper and fruit:
Cranberry jalapeno jam, cranberry serrano jam, peach and lemon drop hot pepper jam and strawberry habanero jam. The cranberry jalapeno jam is only available in 8 ounce size, the others are currently available in both 4 & 8 oz.

Pictured below are our chocolate mint jelly, spearmint jelly, local elderberry syrup, black elderberry syrup, Kousa berry jelly, peach jam, blackberry jelly, and lemon drop hot pepper jelly in 8 oz jars.

It’s the big day! Last night was the first night in the chicken coops with the adult hens. Today’s the first full day for our oldest chicks to be in with the big girls. They’ve seen each other for weeks. They’re big enough to go in… but this is never an easy process, there will be squabbling, resetting pecking order, and a tough day or ten for the littles.
Wish them luck! 🐓

Local Elderberry bushes. two available. $15 each. One already has the beginning of flowers on it, which should be snipped, to allow plant to put its energy toward growing.
Should have sustainable flowers and berries by second or third year.

Pepper plants being brought back outside after the winter inside. Peppers do well in large pots, and are much further ahead of peppers started from seed in the spring. Pepper jellies are available. Southwind Acres. Thompson ct.
