FAIL PROOF RIBS!!! No matter how many racks of baby backs you cook...this is how you do it!! 225 degrees for 4 hours in the oven of course...baste them with yellow mustard...brown sugar...and salt. ..wrap in tin foil on a cookie sheet that has an edge to it...because all of the fat will drain off...then remove from the oven and put them on the grill...that's when you add the Psst Off sauce!!! They will be juicy and fall off the bone perfect!!!
