If you missed the Chicken Bacon & Apple Grilled Cheese last time, I hate that for you.

Because this one had absolutely no business being as good as it was.

Chicken, crispy bacon, apples and melty cheese, grilled up and back on the menu tomorrow.

We’ve been busy refilling the freezers today.

If Chicken Tetrazzini, Poppyseed Chicken, or Chicken Pot Pie is your jam, we’ve got dinner handled.

Tuesday’s looking GOOD.

For breakfast, we’ve got the Bluegrass Biscuit with country ham, egg and pepper jelly. That sweet + salty combo is hard to beat.

Lunch brings the Tuscan Chicken Panini, hot and pressed with all that good Italian flavor, plus a bowl of Roasted Red Pepper & Gouda Soup that was basically made for dipping a panini into.

Also on deck: Green Goddess Garden Salads, Italian Grinder Subs and Grape Salad.
