Crispy fried chicken thigh, melty pepper jack, shredded romaine, sliced tomato, pickled red onions, and chipotle mayo.

And perched on top: two deep-fried mini chicken tacos.

Structurally unsound. Crazy delicious.

The Vodka Parm is back.

Crunchy fried chicken. Housemade tomato vodka cream sauce. Two layers of melted mozzarella. Garlic-buttered brioche. Boursin.

It is an absolute PITA to make.
Unfortunately, it is also one of the best sandwiches we have.
