Today we’re celebrating the dads, grandpas, stepdads, bonus dads, father figures, and all the guys who taught us important life skills like how to grill, tell the same story 47 times, and confidently insist they know a shortcut. 😄

Thank you for the laughs, the advice, the terrible dad jokes, and for always showing up when it matters most.

To give our team time to celebrate with their families, **Skippy’s will be closed today for Father’s Day.**

To everyone who joined us at Skippy’s on Friday, June 12 — thank you! ❤️

With Homestead High School’s graduation and Thiensville-Mequon Lionfest happening at the Village Park, we were simply not prepared for the incredible number of guests who came through our doors looking for some delicious burgers.

We know many of you experienced longer-than-normal waits for food and service, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We are incredibly grateful for the patience, kindness, and grace so many of you showed our staff as we navigated what turned out to be the first truly huge day of the summer season.

We’re already working on adjustments to our staffing and policies so we can better serve everyone during these busy months ahead.

Thank you for supporting our family-owned business and for choosing to spend part of your day with us. We appreciate each and every one of you, and we hope to see you again soon!
