It is official….. The Kart has sold! I am excited for Karen, the new owner!💕She has some awesome ideas and is passionate about what she has to bring to the food truck (trailer) seen! I will share her page as soon as I have it!!

This announcement comes with a heavy heart..... The Kart will not be reopening this year🥺
I have enjoyed this journey tremendously and will hold all the great memories close to my heart!

I will be set up in Thief River Falls Wednesday and Thursday this week.
Again I will be on Hwy 32 in front of CONCRETE DESIGNS and next to Lees plumbing.
My hour will be 11-6 both days.
It sounds like the weather is going to be nice!

On the Menu today..... The Porktober quesadilla
(Bacon,fried pulled pork, kielbasa, pork sausage)
Serve with my homemade Oktoberfest beer cheese queso and a side of kaurt!!!!

It is Oktoberfest and might be the best day to finally get to the Grand Forks Food Truck Festival. "Best of Oktoberfest" where select food vendors make a beer based or German inspired dish. Your vendor lineup for the special contest is: Fargo Fillies, Sweet Dreams Mini Donuts, S&S Specialty Foods/Bratwurst King's, The Kart, The Wok "Filipino Cuisine", Skip's Gourmet Grub, Dakota Eats, Windsor Waffles, The Hot Dog Peddler, Tacho Man, Mac Daddy’s & Chef Mobile.
