Today, our hearts are heavy as we remember a truly special member of La Noria Mexican Restaurant family, Paulette LeCompte.
Paulette LeCompte supported us from day one, and when we reopened at our new location, she was the very first person to sit down for breakfast. Over the years, her bright smile, warm presence, and easy laughter turned even the busiest, most stressful mornings into joyful ones. She brought light into our restaurant every single time she walked through our doors.
We will forever be grateful for her warmth and encouragement. Our deepest condolences go out to her family and loved ones. Rest in peace, dear friend—you will never be forgotten. 🤍
