Our website is programmed to provide the best estimated pickup time, but please understand that it is only an estimate, not a guarantee.
We are a small kitchen with real people preparing your meals. During busy hours, unexpected delays and occasional mistakes can happen. We do our very best to get every order out as quickly and accurately as possible.
❤️ Just because you don't see 20 cars in our parking lot doesn't mean we don't have 20 orders on our board! Many of our customers order ahead from the comfort of their homes or offices.
📲 Here's something important we'd like everyone to know!
When you place an online order, we notify you when your food is ready! The same goes for call-in orders. We take your phone number and call you when your order is ready for pickup.
This means you don't have to come sit in our parking lot or wait at our window for a long time! You can stay comfortable at home or work until your food is ready. ❤️
We kindly ask that you treat our staff with patience and respect. We understand that waiting an hour for food can be frustrating, but please don't take that frustration out on the people working hard to prepare your meals. Our team is doing their best, and no one wants you to wait longer than necessary.
We are a small, family-owned restaurant, not a fast-food chain. Every order takes time, especially when we're preparing many orders ahead of yours.
