Happy National Boss’s Day to our Operator, Bailey! ❤️

She started working with Chick-fil-A at seventeen, spent two and a half years traveling the country with her husband, Scott, helping open and lead restaurants, and then chose to plant roots right here in Thibodaux. Before our doors ever opened, the words “My dream come true” were written on the frame of our restaurant. Five years later, that dream shows up in every meal we serve and in the way she takes care of her team.

We asked our team what makes her a great boss, and a few of their answers are in this post. Thank you for taking chances on people and building a place where so many of us get to grow. We love you Bailey! 🫶🏼

Next week also marks five years that Chick-fil-A Thibodaux has opened its doors. We are so incredibly thankful for this community and all of those who have walked through our doors.
