Featured Cocktail: When in Rome, made with Amaro Rabarbaro Zucca, Liquore Strega, fresh lemon, & bitters, over ice
Appetizers & Salads
- Burrata with roasted Spring asparagus and crispy guanciale
- Sushi grade tuna tartare tossed with citrus, mint, and extra virgin olive oil
- White asparagus with a beurre blanc and Morels
- Artichoke sformato, a cross between a flan and a soufflé, with a sheep’s milk cheese fonduta
- Local greens with house smoked duck, sun dried cherries, pecans, and a balsamic vinaigrette
