🌟 BUSINESS OF THE MONTH FOR AUGUST: EL BURRO LOCO EXPRESS 🌟

The Texhoma Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize El Burro Loco Express as our Business of the Month! 🌯🌮❤️

The story of El Burro Loco began in 2003 in Guymon, when it was truly a family operation. With just a husband, wife, son, and niece working together, they were among the first in the area to open a Mexican restaurant.

In 2006, family brought them to Texhoma. Wanting to be closer to their children while they were in school, they moved the business here and made Texhoma home. Family has always come first.

They operated their Texhoma restaurant from 2006–2018, but that wasn't the end of the story. El Burro Loco eventually found new life as a food truck/Express Stand — allowing her to continue doing what she loves most: cooking and enjoying fellowship with people.

Her specialties? Burritos and tacos! 🌯🌮 But behind every plate is something even more important: a genuine love for feeding people and bringing them together.

Cooking has always been her calling, and when asked if she would choose this lifestyle all over again, the answer is simple — again and again. ❤️
