Fun Fact #1 - from May through November, Blue Rooster sold an average of 42 "to-go" packages per month. 😁

Fun Fact #2 - On 12/18/2025 (so far), Blue Rooster sold 108 "to-go" packages. ‼️‼️🤩 You never cease to amaze us, TXK!

Fun Fact #3 - Blue Rooster still has *plenty* of tubs full of your favorite treats, ready to sell in INDIVIDUAL SCOOPS to make our final two days of business that much sweeter. Come & Take Them!

No. Seriously. Like, we may have made too much the last couple of days and will have to find some cool kids group to donate to or something if yall don't buy some individual scoops like you used to!!! LOL!

Three Business Days Left (Dec 18, 19, & 20). We will be open from noon-8pm each day. If the flavor is listed below, we will BEGIN THURSDAY with some pre-packaged, take-home servings. Please note: We have no more empty take-home containers, so once what is below is gone (200+ hand-packed just for yall) we won't be able to make more to-go!

We will update this page later to let you know what all is ready to scoop from the dipping cabinet, but the below flavors have been hand-packed just for yall! Make space in your freezers at home and come get 'em!

Bourbon Vanilla, Cookies & Cream, Brownie Sundae, Butter Pecan, Blue Rooster (yep, even more!), Brownie Batter, German Chocolate, Mint Chocolate Chip, and Border Town Mud.

Keep a lookout here and we'll try to keep you up to date on what is scooping in individual scoops. Next week, the variety in the dipping cabinet may look way different than normal as we try to minimize waste... but we'll keep churning out the take-home packages!

Weather in the 60s again!? 🤩 Today is the best day you’re going to have before Christmas (and before our last business day on 12/20) to eat ice cream!

“Daylon’s Delight” is a rich chocolate ice cream with brownies and a decadent chocolate variegate throughout. The feedback so far has been excellent. Tag the chocolate-lover in your life below!

At noon tomorrow (12/12) we will have approximately 8 quarts and 40 or so pints ready for yall (in addition to all the wonderful flavors scooping already)! I said I wasn’t going to order more supplies, but already broke that!

Flavors to expect for TO GO packages: Twin City Vanilla, Vanilla Reserve No. 7, Blue Rooster, Peanut Butter, Reese’s Explosion and the *DAIRY FREE* Dole Soft Serve®️ Pineapple.

For Saturday we’re aiming to have Brownie Batter, German Chocolate, Bourbon Vanilla, Mint Chocolate Chip and the Border Town Mud in pints/quarts. Are we missing anyone’s requests?

Also, don’t forget, you can ask for ANY of our currently-scooping products (12 ice cream flavors and 6 Italian ices) to be scooped into pints!
