Normalmente no haríamos una publicación como esta, pero creemos que es importante hacerlo.

En varias ocasiones hemos recibido clientes que han tratado a nuestro personal de manera grosera e irrespetuosa. Y eso es algo que no vamos a tolerar.

Siempre hemos creído en brindar el mejor servicio posible, pero también creemos que el respeto debe ser mutuo. El dicho de “el cliente siempre tiene la razón” deja de aplicar cuando hay insultos, gritos o faltas de respeto hacia cualquier miembro de nuestro equipo.

Entendemos que en cada lugar los nombres de algunos productos pueden ser diferentes. Tal vez para nosotros un elote o un esquite no signifique exactamente lo mismo que para ti, y está bien. Si tienes alguna duda, con gusto te la aclaramos. Puedes preguntar o revisar nuestro menú, y con mucho gusto te atenderemos.

Lo único que pedimos es respeto. Detrás del mostrador hay personas que trabajan duro todos los días para ofrecerles el mejor servicio y merecen ser tratadas con la misma amabilidad con la que atendemos a nuestros clientes.

Gracias a todos los que nos visitan y hacen de La Mangonada un lugar agradable para todos. ❤️
