Good morning!! This is just a friendly reminder that we are closed today. Closed on Saturday’s in general 😩

Just incase you see me on the corner today, I am cleaning my trailer. Yall had me crawling out of there last night 😮‍💨😆

You all have a great weekend 🫶🏽

10/10/2026

SHEEEEEESH!!! 😮‍💨🔥 Y’ALL REALLY SHOWED OUT TODAY!!! I sure forgot what it felt like to be BUSY BUSY!! My mind is BLOWN, and my heart is FULL! 🥹❤️

30 CUPS OF RICE SOLD TODAY!!! 🍚👏🏼 EVERY. LAST. BIT OF RICE. GONE OUT THAT WINDOW!!! And listen… if I do say so myself, I think those meals y’all had yesterday & today with all that rice were probably the BEST meals you’ve had in a hot minute! 😂🤌🏼 If you say otherwise, THAT’S CAP!!! 😌😂

But on a serious note, THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU!!! ❤️ Y’all have no idea what days like today mean to me. There have been moments when I’ve sat back and questioned whether I should keep doing this… moments when shutting down felt like the easiest option. But somehow, SOME WAY, y’all keep showing up for me, reminding me why I still bust my butt making 300+ pounds of meat every weekend. 😅😅❤️‍🩹

So here’s my little deal with y’all… 🤭👇🏼

Y’ALL KEEP SUPPORTING ME, KEEP SPREADING THE WORD, AND KEEP TELLING YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY, COWORKERS, AND NEIGHBORS ABOUT YOUR GIRL… and I’ll keep showing up with this little red food truck on that little corner EVERY WEEKEND! ❤️🚚🔥

And who knows… maybe one day y’all will help me convince my husband Mario (yup your #1 kinetic tech😛) to let me open a whole SIT-DOWN RESTAURANT! 🤭😂🍽️

Because apparently, he thinks those tables and chairs would be sitting there EMPTY!!! 😭🤧

BABYYYYYY… HE JUST DOESN’T KNOW WHAT I KNOW!!! 😂😂😂

But seriously, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting my little business, and giving me reasons to keep going even on the days I feel like giving up. Every plate, every order, every share, every recommendation, and every familiar face means MORE THAN YOU KNOW. ❤️

We’re building something special, y’all… one taco, one cup of rice, and one customer at a time. 🥹🌮🍚

NOW LET’S SEE IF WE CAN FILL UP SOME OF THEM TABLES ONE DAY!!! 🤣🤭❤️
