A super slow roasted bottom round (I am talking 10 hours slow) sliced thin on a French baguette with cheese and hot giardiniera. With a side of house made au jus and French fries.

Siegfrieds is running 2 specials tonight!

🦐Seafood Sofrito -$22

This delightful dish incorporates tender shrimp and crawfish on a bed of angel hair, bathed in EVOO, married with garlic, onions, peppers, and herbs. Accompanied by garlic bread.

And for the second dish we are bringing back yesterday’s appetizer!

Crab Rangoon Nachos🦀-$16

Pickled carrots, fresh jalapeno, Calabrian Chile, Scallions, Thai Chile sauce. This was popular last night so come in tonight if you didn’t get to try it yet!

Both dishes would be phenomenal with a glass of white wine or a frozen mug of refreshing beer!

Who knew you all love oysters so much!

We are officially SOLD OUT for this weekend! Our oysters didn’t stand a chance. 🫡

But don’t panic—we’ll have a fresh batch coming in next weekend, ready for shucking, slurping, and whatever level of oyster obsession you all are currently experiencing.
