This announcement comes after much consideration, long hours and getting settled into our new home base.
For some context.. let’s start with how grateful we are that we were able to bring kombucha to the south side for over a year, employee an incredible team, meet all kinds of new people, and push ourselves further than we ever thought possible.
This last year has been one of the most exciting/trying/rewarding years of our lives and the business as a whole. Moving into our new location with expanded brewing capacity has helped us see clearer where we want to take FF. It has also brought us back to focusing on our core values as a company including customer service, philanthropy & creativity. With all that being said, we are only 2 people.
Ferm Fresh to us is more than serving drinks and having 2 retail locations. The future of Ferm Fresh to us looks like giving our full attention to 1 retail store & taking advantage of the efficiency it provides while expanding our partnerships with local area businesses.
We don’t look at this as a negative but rather an opportunity to make more kombucha even better than before and expand our possibilities while reaching the community in a different fashion.
THINGS TO NOTE:
🥤 Do not worry —- the Slushie machine is coming to Poplar street
✨Booch bucks will need to be redeemed by July 17th for that location. We will be starting booch bucks at Poplar street, but they cannot be transferred as it is a separate location.
HOURS: Sunday - Wednesday 12-5pm this week and next!
