Hey there BBQ family!! Hope y’all are enjoying the rain because it was much needed. Saturday we were scheduled to be set up in Troy for Halloween at the Park but unfortunately because of all the rain in the forecast we are going to have to cancel. However if you’ve been wanting some bbq, next week we will be at Conlon Tax.
Also, just a reminder that we are still taking orders for Thanksgiving. We have room for 1 more brisket , 5 turkey breast and 3 racks of ribs.

Hope everyone is doing great! We are pulling thru all this caos 🥹 as many of yall already know our food truck caught on fire sunday night. Thankfully no one was injured all of our family is safe which we are thankful and grateful! But our food truck our living our dream did get alot of damage! We are very thankful for all the support we have had since the beginning and on hard times like this alot of you have showed us we are not alone and we continue to get your support! We were just recovering from the robbery we had in july now this but we will continue to work hard to come back in business stronger and better! A good friend of ours (anais aviles) made a go fund me anything would help and will really appreciate it! Tysm nis! ❤️ we will also be doing tamales sales soon! Thank you all soo much for the support and all the kind words messages we get!
