’Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house,
Not a crumb was left untouched , not even for a mouse.

Hey Yall!

Just wanted to pop in and let everyone to read your labels. There are reheating instructions for all items. Also, you can freeze everything on my menu in either Saran Wrap or foil and then heat accordingly as well. Cover with foil for less color ♥️

For my last sale of the year I will be offering my Original (OG) Christmas 🎄Tree boule and 2 variations of a sourdough star ⭐️ bread (Nutella & Cinnamon Brown Sugar). The star breads taste exactly how you think they would 🤤 my family loves the Nutella filling 😋

ALL orders must be submitted and paid for by DECEMBER 20. The last opportunity for pick up is noon on December 24. I will coordinate with you if you need your order any sooner!

After sending out 91 loaves in 5 days, I can finally say that the kitchen is closed! Thank you for everyone’s support and patience. I hope everyone enjoys their Thanksgiving and takes a moment this weekend to really appreciate the many blessings that we receive every day.

The sourdough is an old example of natural starter, the artisanal use of which complies with regional traditions and cultural heritages. Sourdough is a mixture of flour, water and other ingredients (e.g., salt), which is fermented by naturally occurring lactic acid bacteria and yeasts that propagate during back slopping, a traditional procedure in which the sourdough from the previous fermentation cycle is used as the starter to ferment a new mixture of flour and water.

🦃 Let’s give ‘em pumpkin to talk about! 🌾

We are less than 2 weeks out from Thanksgiving and that means it’s time to get Sourdough orders in for 🦃 Day!

Due to the high demand, things will be a little different. All orders need to be made and paid for by 17 November. Free delivery with the purchase of 2 or more pumpkins. My last delivery will be Wednesday morning at 10 am. Last opportunity for PICKUP is Tuesday night at 8:00 pm.

I am flexible if you need your order before Tuesday/Wednesday so I can coordinate with you ♥️

Now, I do not freeze my loaves, however, you can freeze sourdough (sliced or whole), put it in the oven at 350 and bake for about 10 minutes and still have an amazing flavor for Thanksgiving dinner.
All will be in the shape of a pumpkin. My menu is limited so get your orders in ♥️

I have finally been able to narrow down some dates I will offer for Sourdough classes. This class will be approximately 3 hours long.

Clients will leave with everything they need to bake a loaf of bread immediately to include: a boule of original sourdough bread, a jar of active starter, a handmade proofing basket, and a lame.

Payments are due at the time of sign up. Cash is my preferred method of payment, but I also accept Zelle, Apple Pay and Square Payments. I will update class availability in the comments so please be patient.

There will be 5 slots available for each class.

$60 per person

Hey Yall,
I wanted to put some feelers out before the end of the year on who would be interested in a Sourdough Baking Class.
Starting January, I will be taking a little break from weekly sales due to continuing my nursing degree. As many of you know and for those who don’t, I have littles and I would like to enjoy my last few weeks before school starts up again. However, I know there are so many health benefits to homemade sourdough bread and I would love to bless your home with the tips and tricks I’ve learned throughout my sourdough journey. The classes would be 2-3 hours and include a mason jar with active starter, a handmade proofing basket, a lame and an original loaf for you to take home.
