18 racks of ribs, 22 pounds of smoked turkey breast, one whole brisket, two whole birds, and sides and pies galore all out the door in less than 24 hours. We’re tired but incredibly thankful for everyone who supports us and trusts us to feed your families.

Happy November, North Carolina friends! Now that we're all on the other side of the candy fog, there's no better time to talk Thanksgiving!

This year we're doing turkey breast, ribs, The Gobbler, and an option for an entire feast if you don't feel like doing any cooking! If you've never had smoked turkey before, trust me when I say that it's incredibly difficult to eat turkey any other way after this. It's one of the most underrated meats in Texas BBQ.
