On Tuesday, November 10, Besich Park becomes the gathering place for an evening built around good food, familiar faces and the mining history that connects generations of this community.

Remembering the Smelter Celebration runs from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., and everything is complimentary. Here's what's waiting:

And while you're celebrating, you can help a neighbor too.🥫 Bring a non-perishable food donation for the Superior Food Bank and receive an entry for a door prize.

It's always a good day to get out in the community and try to put a smile on people!

As the weather starts cooling down here in Superior, Paulette and I have been talking about making a few changes to how we do things.

First off, Classic Cones isn't going anywhere! We're just going to have to adjust our hours and locations a little as we head into the cooler months. We haven't figured out all the details yet, but we'll definitely be at the Superior Dia de los Mu***os celebration on October 24th, Superior Panthers school events, and other activities around town.

Last weekend we got Byrd Dogs back up and running, and Paulette's Cajun Dinners have been getting some really positive feedback. It's been encouraging to see the support for both, and we're looking forward to giving everyone in Superior a few more options when it comes to getting a good meal.

We'd really love to hear from you! What days, times, or locations would work best for you? We're always open to suggestions, and your feedback really does matter to us!!!

Most importantly, Paulette and I want to thank everyone who has supported us, whether you've bought an ice cream cone, grabbed a burger or hot dog, tried one of Paulette's dinners, or simply stopped to say hello.

We've met some great people here, made some great friends, and have really come to appreciate this community. We're not slowing down, we're just figuring out how to do things a little differently with the seasons. Thank you, Superior! We appreciate you more than you know.

The sky doesn't look so great at the moment but the weather man says it'll clear up by 4 and we'll be hitting the streets then! If you'd like us to come down your street, just let us know, and don't be bashful to ask for your extra scoop on us.

🏈🧡🖤 IT'S GAME DAY IN SUPERIOR!!! 🖤🧡🏈

Tonight is the LAST regular season football game for our Superior Panthers, and they're taking on one of their oldest rivals, the Ray Bearcats from Kearny! If there's ever a night to pack those stands and show our boys some hometown support, TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT!

Whether you've got a player on the field or just love supporting our hometown team, come on out and help us fill those stands! Rumor has it, green and red burros will be in the concessions stand, too!!!

Blue Bell Krazy Kolors has officially joined the Classic Cones truck!

Krazy Kolors is a colorful vanilla ice cream swirled with Radical Red, Yummy Yellow & Blazin’ Blue. What makes it even more fun is that it’s traditionally an ice cream parlor flavor—available at select scoop shops and not something you’ll normally find in a grocery store freezer.

One of the things we really enjoy about Classic Cones is being able to bring something a little different to our people here in Superior. Whether it’s a hard-to-find Blue Bell Ice Cream flavor, a new sundae, or something we’ve dreamed up ourselves, we want stopping by the truck to be more than just grabbing ice cream.

Sometimes it should be something you can’t get everywhere else.
