Even the ice cream man needs an ice cream fix once in a while! 🍓🥤

Today we stopped by Felicia's Ice Cream Shop for a strawberry shake, and it definitely hit the spot.

One thing we love about running Classic Cones is getting the chance to support other local family-owned businesses. Small businesses are the heart of communities like Superior, and we're always happy to spend our dollars with neighbors who work just as hard as we do.

If you've never been to Felicia's, it's worth a visit. They serve Blue Bell Ice Cream and walking through the door feels a little like stepping back in time. It's the kind of place that reminds you of simpler days, where good ice cream and good conversation go hand in hand.

We're grateful to be part of a town that still supports local businesses, family traditions, and the people behind them. If you get a chance, stop in and show them some love!

🍦🚚 Superior, we’re loaded up and ready for another afternoon on the streets! 🚚🍦

A big thank you to our Blue Bell Ice Cream delivery driver for helping us get restocked! We just received fresh tubs of Cookie Two Step and Pralines & Cream, two flavors that have been getting a lot of requests lately.

We’re also excited to have a fresh supply of those famous pink cookies from Central Baker right here in Superior. Turn one into a custom ice cream sandwich with your favorite ice cream flavor, and you'll see why they've become such a hit.

We’re stocked back up and ready to hit the streets of Superior this afternoon! 🍦☀️

A huge thank you goes out to Blue Bell Ice Cream for helping us restock our truck on short notice so we could keep serving our community without missing a beat. That kind of support means a lot to a small family business like ours.

Today’s lineup is all about variety — from classic favorites like Cherry Vanilla, Dutch Chocolate, Rocky Road, and Mint Chocolate Chip to refreshing dairy-free sorbets and colorful paletas. We’re trying to pack as many choices into our freezer as physically possible. 😄

And yes… the Pink Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches are coming with us too. Thank you James at Central Baker for coming through for us after a long day at your day job!

At Classic Cones, supporting local small businesses isn't a slogan — it's something we truly believe in because we live it too.

Tonight we're especially thankful for James from Central Baker for helping us get stocked up with a fresh batch of pink cookies so we can hit the streets tomorrow afternoon.

What makes this even more meaningful is the work behind it. James spends his days working in the asphalt industry — long hours, brutal heat, often 60–80 hour weeks — helping put food on the table for his young family, all while helping carry forward a generations-old family bakery and saving to modernize the kitchen so it can continue serving our community for years to come.

That kind of effort deserves recognition.

People don't always see the late nights, the second jobs, the family sacrifices, or the determination it takes to keep a small business alive. But that's the heartbeat of communities like ours.

So tomorrow when you see us out and about with those pink cookies, know there's more behind them than flour and sugar — there's hard work, family, tradition, and someone building something for the next generation.

Thank you, James. We're proud to support local and proud to share your work with our community.

🚚🍦 It’s a busy week for our little family operation and we couldn’t be more excited! 🌭❤️

From supply runs, to dinner service, to roaming the streets with ice cream, to being invited to celebrate special moments with our community… this week is packed and we’re grateful for every bit of it.

One of our favorite parts of being out here is getting to make fun things and seeing people smile when they try something new. Sometimes the best menu items aren’t planned — they happen because somebody says “can you make me something crazy?”

A huge THANK YOU to the community of Superior ❤️

When we started serving ice cream here, we hoped people would enjoy what we brought. What we didn’t expect was how quickly so many of you would make us feel welcomed.

Thank you not just for being customers, but for being neighbors… for stopping to talk, sharing stories, waving when the truck rolls by, recommending us to friends, checking in on us, and making us feel like part of something bigger.

Thank you for the smiles from kids running up to the truck, for the conversations with parents and grandparents, for supporting local businesses, and for all the little things that don’t show up on a receipt but mean everything.

We’ve traded ice cream for laughs, stories, kindness, homemade treats, and memories we’ll hold onto for a long time. That’s something special.

Superior has reminded us that community is still alive and well.

From the bottom of our hearts—thank you for letting Classic Cones be a small part of your days. We’re excited for everything still to come, and we’re just getting started.

Tomorrow we'll be making a run to the valley to restock, and sending in another order for our Blue Bell Ice Cream! We'll have plenty of summertime treats to beat the heat, some sweet, some spicy!😎
