When Vince's Spaghetti first opened in Ontario, California in September 1945; it was a simple, six stool, open air restaurant without a kitchen. Back then, Grandma Rose prepared all of the food in her kitchen 50 yards away and hand carried it to the customers. It was located on Highway 70-99, which was the main road to Palm Springs at the time. By 1968, Vince's was billed as the largest spaghetti
