- Roasted steak with brussel sprouts, roasted red onion, roasted sweet peppers and parmesan butternut squash.

- Grilled cajun spiced chicken breast with sauteed kale and sweet potatoes with a cinnamon brown sugar glaze.

- Ground beef with corn, peas, cheesy mashed potatoes and honey glaze carrots.  
 
 
- Herb marinated and roasted chicken breast with roasted asparagus and thinly sliced potatoes baked with a gruyere cream sauce.

 
- Roasted pork loin with brie cheese, cranberry sauce, romanesco cauliflower and brown rice.
