Today is a milestone we will never forget! ✨ We are beyond thrilled to announce that The National has officially been added to the 2026 MICHELIN Guide as a Recommended Restaurant, making us the very first restaurant in Telluride to earn this honor.

Chef Chris Thompson grew up right here in Telluride, and after honing his craft across the country, returning home to open The National was always the dream. Bringing bold, creative Mediterranean flavors and warm hospitality to our community and seeing that vision recognized on a national scale is a true highlight. Huge gratitude to our amazing team, our local purveyors, and every guest who has pulled up a seat at our table. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all tonight! 🥂
