Bill & Dave's Smokin Pit The demand for their slow-cooked meat and special sauces out grew the facilities.

Tell City and the surrounding area was first introduced to Bill & Dave's Smokin' Pit in August, 2001, located on Main Street in a small building with carry-out food only. In late November 2002, they relocated to 11th Street with ample room for dine-in and carry-out facilities. Dining rooms are available for your private parties or banquets with seating up to 200.

It has been all hands on deck for the Smokin Pit the last few weeks. We’ve done 2 weeks of a factory outage with a huge variety of a menu, a taco bar at Matilda’s, a Jeep Jamboree, a motorcycle run, a wedding at Patoka lake winery, and we can’t forget our favorite customer who travels the world taking pics in our tshirt.
You guys keep us running and keep life interesting. We love serving you! ❤️🐷🖤
