We took a chance, selling everything we owned to buy a 163-year-old dairy farm, and have been renovating it non-stop to turn it into a therapeutic third space for our community. 🐮&☕️ 🐽&🥞

Would you touch these? 🪞

This is one of my favorite barns on the property. We haven't touched it yet, but it's in our long-term plans.
It's still exactly how we found it. We sweep it clean, and the pigeons destroy it overnight.

The day we bought the property, we found them tucked in the loft... black mirrors.

Everyone who sees them tells us the same thing:

“Leave them in there."

“Do not touch them."

“Do not take them out."

So we haven't!!

It's spooky season, so I have to ask —

What do black mirrors in a barn mean to you?

Superstition? Warning? Something else?

What would YOU do?

Hi Farm Friends,

RE: FARM CREW WITH YOU!

Please flood the comments with your photos of our farm crew with you! 📸

A huge THANK YOU to our farmhands — not just this weekend, but every weekend!

You show up, you get it done, and we see it. We appreciate every single one of you: Kayla, Lane, London, Ben, Ingrid, Logan, Zoey, and Carter — and of course, Mason too, part of our littles crew since he was 2. (Not in any order but we do have favorites 🤫 don’t tell anyone) 🤣

A special shoutout to Emily, who’s been out here volunteering every single weekend. That kind of dedication is rare, and we’d love to have her join us next season as a paid staff team member if she accepts the role!

We’re so lucky to have this crew, and we’re excited for even more opportunities to grow together next season. ❤ Hugh-Heather Buchanan
