From Art Tatum to Brad Mehldau, William Schwartzman draws from generations of piano artistry while developing a musical voice of his own.

The Juilliard jazz performance major, pianist, composer and arranger brings his trio to BRVSH CUL7UR3 on Friday, August 7.

William has already performed at Carnegie Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, Royal Albert Hall and the Monterey Jazz Festival, and shared the stage with Wynton Marsalis, Dee Dee Bridgewater and Patrick Bartley.

A highly accomplished and versatile drummer, Rodney has performed and recorded with Wynton Marsalis, Herbie Hancock, Christian McBride, Diana Krall, Dianne Reeves, Joe Henderson, Charlie Haden, Mulgrew Miller, Tom Harrell, Benny Green and many others.

On Saturday, August 1, he returns to the Brvsh stage with a select group of musicians for an evening rooted in jazz, rhythm and spontaneity. No two sets will unfold the same way.
