Sometimes when your food list is limited and you have to scrape the bottom of your pans you can come up with some wild ideas.... Im hungry too tonight so rather than toss it I just made some BBQ, smoked Mac-n-cheese Nachos.. Either way it looks good and tastes great.. So once I finish cleaning the up the pit and all the utensils that's gonna be my supper. With that said thanks again for a great 2 nights this week at Crazy Reds and thanks so much for visiting Cattleman's Q. Have a nice weekend.

Sold out a little early tonight. For those of you who stopped by thank you so much for your business and being such great customers. A quick little post from an uplifting moment that I needed today that we all need from time to time even if it's from people we really don't know... A lady that I have only met 3 different times over the years serving at Crazy Reds brings her family to Kentucky from Wisconsin to visit some other family. For a family to travel that far and be so excited to have another opportunity to stop and eat at my little roadside BBQ pit brought joy to my eyes tonight. The fact that they thought so much of me and the food that I offer to make it a must stop while they were here visiting. So many BBQ places have the greatest customers ever but I'll tell ya the ones I have are tough to beat. Thank you so much and have a nice weekend.
