Our homemade gluten free bread took countless test batches & is made with FIVE different flours because I refused to serve a bread that tasted anything but amazing (and I am not even gluten free😅)

Every café has that one person who makes it feel like home… and for us, that’s Jen 💛

For the past 4.5 years, Jen Monnich has been more than just part of the team at Copenhagen Cafe. She’s been a close friend and one of the biggest reasons so many people walk through our doors smiling. Her positivity, kindness, and joyful energy brighten not only our café, but the lives of everyone around her.

Whether she’s remembering your order, making you laugh, or simply making your morning better, Jen has a way of making everyone feel welcome and cared for.

Her favorite coffee is the Coconut Latte and her other half enjoys the DOUBLE Copen Burger on our freshly made Sourdough Bread. 🍔 ☕️

I have selfishly enjoyed Jen every Wednesday but she’s just too good not to share… So, JEN DAY is every Wednesday from OPEN–2PM!

Meet Greg Malone 👋

For the past 6 years, Greg and his wife Jackie have been some of our favorite regulars here at Copenhagen Cafe. If you’ve ever ordered the “Greg’s Avocado Toast,” there’s a good story behind it ☕🥑

Greg would always order our Greek avocado toast with extra Kalamata olives and red onion — eventually it became such a staple order that we decided it deserved its own spot on the menu. And just like that, “Greg’s Avocado Toast” was born!

We’re so grateful for amazing customers like Greg and Jackie who have supported us through the years and helped make Copenhagen feel like home. ❤️
