Rüdesheim coffee is delicious! This German coffee can be found on the Rhine River named after its city.
Ingredients:
Moka pot espresso
Asbach German Brandy
Sugar
Chocolate topping (shavings)
Whipped cream

Add the 2 tsp sugar to cup, add 2tbsp brandy. Light brandy on fire for and let burn off for about 30 seconds. Stir sugar and brandy. Add coffee, top with whipped cream and chocolate.

We got to spend some time in St. Louis last week at the Bean to Brew class at First Crack Coffee as the winner of the Big Perk Sweepstake by Roastar.
This class is phenomenal! Our instructor Kyle taught us everything from green bean to the perfect brew and everything in between. We highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to increase their knowledge of coffee and coffee roasting.
