This weekend we will be posting a short video on how to properly clean and boil blue crabs. He does it very quickly, and teaches how to clean it out right and very clean! In a second video, we will show how to simply steam/boil blue crabs correctly in just a few minutes.

We sell 5-7 days out of the week. We sell by the dozen or by the pound depending on how big the order is. Prices are subject to change. Sounds so good I will be trying this one next. Credit for the recipe again, goes to freshfromflorida.com Shrimp and Blue Crab Pizza

Ingredients:
•1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled and cooked
•1 (12-inch) pizza crust
•1/2 cup prepared pesto sauce
•1 cup blue crabmeat
•1 ½ cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
•2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Cut shrimp into bite-size pieces; set aside.
3.Place flatbread on sheet pan and spread pesto sauce over each flatbread leaving 1/2 inch crust at edges.
4.Top evenly with shrimp and crab pieces; add a thin layer of mozzarella.
5.Drizzle olive oil over all then sprinkle with paprika.
6.Bake for 25 minutes mid-oven until cheese is melted and bubbling.
7.Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
8.Slide pizzas onto a cutting board; slice and serve.

This is not my recipe, but I've made it and it was awesome! So I thought I'd share. Credit goes to freshfromflorida.com Photo at the bottom of the recipe.

Ingredients:
•1/2 cup self-rising cornmeal
•1/2 cup self-rising flour
•1 teaspoon baking powder
•1/2 cup buttermilk
•1 clove garlic, minced
•1 medium onion, minced
•1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
•1 teaspoon hot sauce
•1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning
•1 egg
•salt and pepper to taste
•1 pound blue crab lump meat
•canola oil for frying
Directions:
1.In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients; add the milk and egg, mixing until smooth.
2.Fold in the crab.
3.Heat the oil in a heavy saucepan or deep fryer to 375 degrees F.
4.Drop tablespoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil.
5.Fry 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown, turning once if needed.
6.Drain on paper towels.
7.Serve hot.
