The Cuban Frita started out as a street food dish, which was mainly being sold in Havana beginning in the 1930s.

We wanted to put our own spin on this classic dish. Our Havana Frita features beef & chorizo smash-burger,  w/ American cheese, papitas, & smoky aioli on a toasted bun!
