A little taste of Northern Italy with a German twist.

Our Jägerschnitzel features a crispy breaded cutlet topped with a rich, savory mushroom hunter’s gravy and roasted potatoes.

Inspired by the culinary traditions just across the border from Bolzano, where Italian and German influences come together on the plate.
