Cook’s is a family owned and operated restaurant that is currently seeking hard working individuals to join the family! If interested come on in to 2902 W Gandy Blvd in the afternoons or evenings to speak to a manager on duty. An ideal candidate can multi-task, is punctual, dependable, and coachable. Restaraunt and customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to the following;
Order taking with correct orders in POS system
Handling of cash and credit card payments
Prepare and serve various drinks to customers
Prepare and serve an array of deli style meals for both takeout and dine in customers
Prep work including cooking, baking, meat slicing, and vegetable chopping
Bussing tables
Dishwashing
Sweeping, mopping and any other tasks needed to maintain health and safety standards
Must maintain health and safety standards at all times.
Must have reliable transportation.

Business hours are as follows
Sunday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday-Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Cooks Downtown and Cooks South Tampa are hiring multiple positions for their cafe like atmosphere. The ideal candidate would possess a strong work ethic, have reliable means of transportation, and have the ability to work all stations including but not limited to the sandwich line and order taking.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
Properly handle and maintain all equipment
Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
Serve customers quickly and efficiently
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
Observe relevant health and safety
Qualifications
Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to read and speak English proficiently
Strong ability to multi-task
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to problem solve quickly
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to follow directions
