This week’s Merienda box has a little bit of everything… banana + jackfruit, passionfruit caramel + toasty pecans, chai spices + espresso, and a new FALL nougat flavor!

Although my Ube Cinnamon Roll and Pandan Coconut Cookies are leaving the pastry box menu, I will still have Ube Cinnamon Rolls available as its own 4-pack for preorder!💜

I’m SO excited to slowly bring in some classic fall flavors in the next few menus— pumpkin spice, cinnamon apples, and other warm fall spices. But I’m even MORE excited to put my unique little Filipino-Cuban spin on a few new treats! 👀🇨🇺🇵🇭

Say hello to Pastry Box Drop 011! 💜

You might’ve noticed that Merienda Bakehouse (me) is obsessed with ube cinnamon rolls and it’s become a sort of “signature pastry” in this little bakery (which is why it is on my menu as a 4-pack!)

BUT I know a lot of folks have been wanting to try it before committing to a whole box of rolls, sooooo we’re bringing them BACK on the Merienda pastry box menu for the next couple of weeks! 🥳

🌱 I’ll also be adding Pandan Coconut Cookies to this week’s menu! (For those unfamiliar with Pandan, it is essentially a bright green leafy tropical plant used for flavoring and coloring both savory and sweet foods… aka “the vanilla of Southeast Asia”) 🥥 And it pairs so so well with coconut!

I can’t believe how much has changed in only two months since launching my Filipino-Cuban inspired home bakery in Tampa! 💜

This account has grown by over a thousand followers since my first ever drop. I can’t even believe it. So thank you to everyone who has joined me on this home bakery journey and supported this little business that allows me to do what I am passionate about— bringing connectivity and joy to all of you one pastry boxes at a time! 🫶🏽

Every like, share, and comment means the world, and I’m grateful to be building such a wonderful community of people that I get to see every Saturday! 🥹

HAPPY DROP DAY!! 💜 Allow me to introduce you to this week’s pastry box menu for Drop 010!

This week, we say farewell to the Glazed Calamansi Cake 🍋‍🟩 and those flaky Peach Mango Poptarts! 🍑🥭

Here’s what’s new:

🍊 Glazed Sour Orange Olive Oil Cake — not only do I LOVE an Orange Olive Oil Cake, but I’ll be incorporating Seville sour oranges (found frequently in the backyards of many Floridians, particularly my grandmother’s old house growing up)! 💜

🥜 PB & Guava Blondies — school’s back, so why not put a Cuban twist on a classic peanut butter + jelly combo!

I know I say it every week, but thank you to everyone who has been so supportive of this little bakery! 🥹 Seeing so so SO many familiar faces at pickup yesterday was absolutely heartwarming and I always love chatting with each and every one of you! 🫶🏽
