🥬 A QUICK FOOD SAFETY UPDATE FROM COZY 🥬
We've seen the recent news regarding the Cyclospora outbreak linked to recalled iceberg lettuce, and we know food safety concerns can make everyone a little nervous about ordering a salad or anything with lettuce.
We wanted our customers to know:
Cozy does NOT use iceberg lettuce.
🥬 We use ROMAINE lettuce in our restaurant.
The current CDC/FDA investigation and recall involves iceberg lettuce from Taylor Farms de Mexico — not the romaine lettuce we serve.
So if you've been nervous about ordering your favorite salad, wrap, sandwich, or burger because of the recent headlines, we wanted to give our Cozy family a little peace of mind. ❤️
We take the food we serve our customers seriously and will continue to keep an eye on all FDA and CDC food-safety alerts.

WHO HAS HAD OUR STEAM STACK BURGER SO FAR??? This amazing massive burger is to die for, a massive HALF POUND burger patty, topped with melted cheddar cheese, then stacked with our signature pulled pork, house BBQ sauce, 2 slices of hickory smoked bacon, romaine lettuce, tomato, and onion, all on a grilled brioche bun!!!! If you haven't had this yet, your missing out!!!
