One day this weekend, and the menu is stacked.

Saturday lunch: Manhattan pies, frito misto, ravioli al limone, bolognese over pappardelle, and Florida strawberries with cream to finish. 12 to 4. 4334 S. Manhattan Ave., South Tampa.

Sunday we’re closed for Mother’s Day. To every mom out there, happy Mother’s Day from all of us. Our team is taking the day to celebrate with theirs.

Heads up: we’ve got a big private event out of town next weekend. No lunch May 16th or 17th, but the case will be stocked for grab and go.

Ours is built the same way we approach everything at Pasta Packs. Intentional, balanced, and made from scratch.

Crisp greens, a properly emulsified dressing, sharp cheese, and just the right amount of crunch. Simple, but done the right way.

Pasta Packs gang, meet your new green favorite. 🌿

Our Fettuccine Alla Pesto starts with fresh pasta made in-house. The dough is rolled, cut, and handled by hand before being paired with a vibrant pesto of basil, parsley, garlic, toasted pine nuts, and aged Parmesan.

The texture is silky.

PASTA SUNDAY BRUNCH 🍝🥞

Pasta Packs gang… this Sunday is going to be a party.

Our next Pasta Sunday Brunch is happening Sunday, March 8, and if you’ve been before you already know the deal.

It’s loud.
It’s busy.
It’s a little chaotic in the best possible way.

Fresh pasta flying out of the kitchen, plates hitting tables fast, and a room full of people having a really good time.

Seating is first come first serve, so come early, bring friends, and settle in.

Chef Nic is rolling out a brunch menu packed with handmade pasta and brunch favorites including:

Our Spicy Spaghetti Pomodoro begins with fresh spaghetti made in-house and coated in a pomodoro that simmers slowly to develop depth and sweetness. Italian sausage is folded in for richness, finished with a restrained heat that keeps it elegant.
