We started planning Caprichos around 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic.

It took a full year of permits and everything else before we could open our doors in October. Then came a year of trial and error, learning everything from distributors to how to make ice cream, because at first we had no idea how.

Today, everything is made by hand in our shop, and every visit means the world to us. Come see how far we have come 🍨
