Today, I created a special treat: Crispy Basil Ravioli Bites. I made homemade ravioli with pizza dough, lightly fried to golden perfection, filled with creamy ricotta, mozzarella, fresh basil, and topped with a parmesan drizzle. It’s a fresh idea I dreamed up this morning, and it came out absolutely delicious. I’m so happy with the result!”

today I am making a 12-inch stuffed pizza filled with ribeye cheesesteak, fried green peppers and onions, then topped with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Crispy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious! 🍕🔥

“Happy Wednesday to everyone! Today I’m sharing a classic and simple pizza: mozzarella, sauce, pepperoni, oregano, and a touch of our Alfie’s Choice extra virgin oil. Every now and then, it’s nice to stick to the classic base and not create overly elaborate pizzas, even though I often enjoy experimenting with more adventurous versions. It’s a daily pizza, but truly delicious. Enjoy your meal, everyone!”
