Tapping Friday at 7 am as we open for Brunch!

Tallahassee's ONLY Amber Lager - BOTTOM TIME Vienna-Style Lager - makes its returns to our taps this Friday at 7 am as soon as Outboard Coffee Company Brunch kicks off.

BOTTOM TIME clocks in at a crushable 5% ABV and is a classic in every sense! The malt backbone is derived from old-world Vienna malt, providing rich aromas reminiscent of freshly toasted bread crust mingling on the palate with impressions of wildflower honey and a lingering, yet satisfying bitterness. 🇦🇹

No cans, but growler fills are perfectly fine!

(P.S. - For those of you who are coming to watch the USA soccer game here late Thursday during starting at 10 pm, we MIGHT just tap it for y'all a little early. 😎 )

Last week, the Tallahassee Beer Society wrote their weekly craft beer column in the Tallahassee Democrat updating everyone on everything that's been going on at DEEP Brewing Company since they opened their new location in September 2025 - and a big portion of the article centered on US!

They touched on the launch of the Outboard Coffee Company brand, the introduction of breakfast and brunch at First Light five days a week, the addition of AND our new Espresso Program! ☕️

These blueberry collaboration dishes have been selling like hot cakes! And we plan to keep them around as long as we can! That will, of course, all depend on the supply of those beautiful blueberries! 😍😍😍 Keep 'em coming, Sienna Lee Gardens! 🫐

The OG citrus IPA from our recipe book - RED GRAPEFRUIT REEF DWELLER - is officially *back* this Friday at 7 am when we open for Outboard Coffee Company Brunch.

This the FIRST one-off IPA we ever brewed back in 2016 when we opened, and we have alternated between Fresh From Florida Red Grapefruit and White Grapefruit over the years - whatever is in season, and whatever is freshest!

This release will be draft only - no cans. But we WILL fill a growler for you ... if you ask nicely! 😎
