Even as the storm rolls in, it's a normal Friday for us - as of now, anyway 👀 - and our planned Featured Friday b**r is now tapped!

Bursting with tart, citrusy Fresh From Florida
Red Grapefruit picked at the Deep farm in Havana, this REEF DWELLER IPA one-off is a hoppy b**r release that our loyal fans look forward to every single year!

No cans on this one, but it IS available on draft - and we'll be happy to fill those growlers for you as y'all hunker down for the storm.

Doors open now until the end of the FSU-Louisville game, so come 'n get it! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Looks like we are in for some rainy, rough weather this weekend, y'all. But before arrives on the Gulf Coast, not a bad idea to crush a hearty breakfast or two JUST in case the power goes out and you're stuck eating Lance peanut butter crackers and drinking warm bottled water! 🤣

And the heartiest of hearty breakfasts awaits you at DEEP Brewing Company - our famous Homemade Biscuits & Gravy w/ that even-more-famoua Bradley's Country Store Sausage!

We start with a scratch-made biscuit with a crispy exterior and soft, warm interior, then we pile on our delicious Sausage Gravy - served mild or spicy.

And while we don't wanna tell you how to live your lives, IF you can handle a little bit of heat, go with the spicy! The biscuit soaks in the gravy perfectly and dulls the spice just enough for that perfect blend of savory, salty and spicy.

This dish is available on our Brunch menu every day until 2 pm!

Of course, depending on what this storm does - it's expected to make landfall on Saturday morning just to the West of us - will determine if you can get it on Saturday.

As of now, we WILL be open Saturday - but stay tuned!

"YO, DEEP! WHEN IS GRAPEFRUIT REEF COMING BACK?"

And we've been all like ...

"Chill, chill. It'll be soon! We promise!"

And now, this week, here we are!

REEF DWELLER GRAPEFRUIT IPA - the red grapefruit version - is BACK this Friday!

And we have to clarify that it's the "red grapefruit version" because - as you probably know - we also make a WHITE GRAPEFRUIT version as well, but typically we don't drop that until December/January when we harvest fresh white grapefruits from the Deep Farm in Havana.

This Grapefruit IPA drop will be draft only - no cans this time - but we will allow growler fills!

This b**r will release on Friday morning when Outboard Coffee Company Brunch kicks off at 7 am - and we don't have to tell you that a citrus-forward b**r goes preeeeeeetttttty well with just about anything on our breakfast and brunch menu! 😋

And that also means it will be available to sip on Friday night - 12 hours after its release - when we host our FSU-Louisville Football Watch Party at 7 pm!

So start making plans now to come by Friday for a pour and some FSU Football!

When we first rolled out our 24-hour Fermented Sourdough Doughnut program at DEEP Brewing Company, we initially only wanted to do a Classic Vanilla Glaze Doughnut until we had it perfected.

It took us a little bit, but we finally nailed it. And once we did, we started to expand our flavorings and offerings of our doughnuts - and the very first new one we introduced after Vanilla Glaze was the one you see here:

Strawberry Crumble! 🍓

Fresh out of a fryer, we hit this one with our homemade strawberry puree glaze and homemade strawberry icing, then drop a handful of cheesecake crumble on top for the finishing touch. And this particular doughnut has been so popular, it's STAYED on the menu every day since the almost the very beginning. 💪
